From the Editor

I’d like to start by thanking all those of you who have completed the survey sent out with the last issue and with a reminder for others to ensure they complete the survey before the next issue. This will be the last issue of the journal to be sent out using the old mailing list and only those that have completed the survey will recieve the next issue. I’d also like to apologise for an error in the print version of the last issue that referred you to the wrong web site to complete the survey online.
